First I cut the shape with the cutting die “Sewn rectangles” using the largest one available.
Next, I cut the rounded circle in the top-middle of the rectangular shape. Subsequently, I applied the embossing folder “Stars” to the round shape just cut.
Then, using first the “blueprint sketch” I started shading over the stars just embossed on the round paper. In the middle I left it more white, shading then with the “candied apple”, and at the end I made a shade using the “tumbled glass” ink. Finally, I used a brush to sprinkle with white ink to make the starry sky effect.
In the meantime, I printed the bunnies, clouds and stars, using the clear stamps of “wish upon a star”. Once printed, I started coloring them with alcohol markers, trying to obtain shaded effects.
Once the molds were colored, I cut them with the matching cutting dies.
Then I printed the writing “I love you to the moon and back” with some stars around.
In the final stage I assembled the card putting the shape with the stamped wish in pop-up using the 3D foam tape. The embossed round paperis stick on the card instead. The various colored characters are put on the card using the 3d foam tape.
I completed the postcard with a round stamp on the back saying “Handmade with ”.
